Vega Return and Refund Policy

Thanks for purchasing a Vega product.  All sales are final and there are no refunds or returns unless otherwise stated in your contractual agreement with Vega.

Product Warranty

Vega warrants that all products are supplied free from labour and material defects, and will repair or replace (at its option) the whole or any part of the products found to be faulty.

Products shipped before 1 August 2016

The standard warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of dispatch. Vega is not to be liable for any change beyond the point of delivery, including installation, alignment or testing. To claim under warranty, the product must be returned to the Vega factory in New Zealand at the customer’s expense.

Products shipped after 1 August 2016

Please read the warranty terms and conditions in relation to the new three-year warranty.

Delivery Times

Vega will ship the VLB-1, VLB-2, VLB-3, VLB-5 series beacons within 4 weeks ex-factory once the order has been confirmed by Vega. Other products will be given ex-factory dates at time of quotation.

Currency

All payments made online are charged in the currency stated at the payment screen. Please take extra care when selecting which currency to make your purchase as other bank fees may apply. Until further notice Vega will be charging all goods in USD only. All transactions will be billed in a Bank of New Zealand approved foreign currency account.
